Yes we ship worldwide! We are based in the UK, so additional duties may apply upon arrival of international orders - we are not responsible for these additional costs. Shipping & duties are non-refundable.
When will my order be shipped?
All new orders will be shipped in the new year!
All our jewellery is handmade in Brighton. Shipping times are approximate and will be from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please see product pages for processing time. Please note we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
If you need the piece sooner than the time listed on the product page, please contact us via our form here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be posted by either Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed For service or DHL Express Courier. Please proceed through checkout to see the shipping options. How will my order be packaged?
All orders come packaged in a Fairtrade cotton pouch within a recyclable branded Rat Betty black jewellery box. We also include a care card!

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns / exchanges?
All orders placed in November & December 2022 will have until January 31st 2023 to exchange or refund. Anything purchased in 2023 or prior to November 2022 will have 30 days to exchange or refund.
Merchandise must not be worn or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be sure of the piece and size you are ordering. We are based in the UK and customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Rat Betty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
How do I return or exchange my piece?
Please email email@example.com with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. You will receive an email with information on next steps.
The returned package must include: a note containing the order number, and the item being returned. All orders placed in November & December 2022 will have until January 31st 2023 to exchange or refund. Anything purchased in 2023 or prior to November 2022 will have 30 days to exchange or refund.
We will send you an email as soon as we receive your package.

What is my ring size?
If you are able to go safely, we recommend you visit a local jeweler to get measured. If you are unable to, we'd recommend you order a ring sizer online.
- The aim is for a snug fit, that is able to slip back over the knuckle. Fingers shrink and swell at different temperatures. Measure your fingers at room temperature for best results.
What if the piece is sold out?
If the piece you're after is sold out, please go to the product page, select the size you're after and add your email to be notified when it is back in stock.
What if I can't see my size?
If you can't see your size, then please let us know which piece and size you're after here.
Why has my finger turned green?!?
All our jewelry is 100% solid sterling silver. We never use any types of platings or coatings. A handful of customers experience a green / blue marking, this can be due to a reaction between the jewelry and your skin, and/or remnants of the wax, plant-based polish we use to finish the rings leaving a mark! Can I use more than one discount code from multiple gift cards?
