Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide! We are based in the UK, so additional duties may apply upon arrival of international orders - we are not responsible for these additional costs. Shipping & duties are non-refundable.

When will my order be shipped?

All jewelry is handmade in our Brighton workshop. For estimated preparation time, please see the product page. Some products will be shipped in 3-4 working days, others are made to order and require 3-4 weeks.

If you need the piece sooner than the time listed on the product page, please contact us via our form here or email us at info@ratbetty.com prior to placing your order.

How will my order be packaged?

Orders will be posted by either Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed For service or DHL Express Courier. Please proceed through checkout to see the shipping options. We are based in the UK, so additional duties may apply upon arrival of international orders - we are not responsible for these additional costs. Shipping & duties are non-refundable.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders come packaged in a Fairtrade cotton pouch within a recyclable branded Rat Betty black jewelry box. We also include a care card!

Can my order by gift wrapped?

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns / exchanges?

Yes and we are extending our exchange policy for the holidays! All orders placed in November & December 2022 will have until January 31st 2023 to exchange or refund. Anything purchased prior to November will have 30 days to exchange or refund. Merchandise must not be worn or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be sure of the piece and size you are ordering. We are based in the UK and customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Rat Betty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

How do I return or exchange my piece?

Please email info@ratbetty.com with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. You will receive an email with information on next steps.

The returned package must include: a note containing the order number, and the item being returned. Please note that all orders placed in November & December 2022 will have until January 31st 2023 to exchange or refund.

We will send you an email as soon as we receive your package.
